Let’s take productive action that helps us live and share our genius. We have a choice of what kind of action we take. Even taking no action is a form of action. And let’s take it a step further. Let’s take action that will make our future the best it can be! A future where everyone can share their genius ideas!

So many thoughts and ideas bombard us on a daily basis. It is important to decide which ones we want to accept. We have that choice.

Plato spoke the truth. All of us are looking for meaning in our life. How do we find it? We can’t do it alone. In order to find meaning, we need to share it with others.

You can’t make things happen outside of your circle of influence. So make things happen inside it. And make your circle bigger. You can move your world.

One of the most important things you can do to help the children in your life is to be an example. Show them how you are sharing your genius and changing the world and they will get a better glimpse of their own potential.

You know that feeling in the pit of your stomach when you have to do something hard? Something you think you cannot do? Think again.

Isn’t this the truth! I am dealing with this right now BIG time! I don’t want to do something I really need to do and it seems to be getting more and more difficult. And I know it is not that hard. It is just jumping through hoops and I don’t want to do it. Time to change my paradigm…

So often people quit right when a little more persistence and energy will allow them to conquer their challenge. So hard to see this at the moment. How can we remember this?

Sometimes “bad” company is just bad for you. It could be wonderful people that just aren’t helping you progress. Finding people that challenge you is important.

During the middle of winter, with the additional darkness, I know I can sometimes have a harder time seeing the light. I’m taking the time whenever I find darkness to focus on the joy instead. Want to join me?

As a teacher, this is something I am constantly fighting. I want to engage my students so they WANT to learn. Acquiring knowledge shouldn’t just be a hoop to jump through. Life long learning should be our goal.

Do you believe in miracles? I do! You have to expect them in order to see them. Sometimes miracles are BIG! But sometimes they are as simple as a smile. Be someone’s miracle today!

Such an important thing to remember all year long! And such a big part of the genius paradigm too. Too often we don’t give of our genius. How are you sharing yours today?
#116 – Give Love
There is so much to learn about how to truly love others. History has shown people too often have a very ethnocentric idea on how to give. We can do this as individuals too. Love others by trying to see their side. Love them the way they need to be loved.
A great book to help with this is “The Five Love Languages” by Gary Chapman. He has others specifically for kids and teens.
